In order to progress through each Cycle/Week, you will need to develop the City. There are three City stats: Thauma, Tech, and Intel. Plan for what your chosen Route/Story Arc or target Ending requires with the number of Actions required in mind.

THAUMA & THAUMA BARRIER

Thauma is a source of the Wielder’s powers. Without sufficient Thauma, Wielders will not be able to enter a District with a Black Gate. This limitation is called the Thauma Barrier.

Through the Construction of Thauma Buildings, you can raise your overall Thauma. The city begins the Cycle/Week with 5 Thauma. The Thauma Barriers of each District is as follows:

Central Department    0

Campus                          5

East Boulevard             10

Downtown District      10

Research Institute       20

Bayside Town               50

Old Town                       100

Harbor Bay                    150

During the Freedom Routes, Rachel provides you with a device that allows you to bypass the Thauma Barriers.

TECH

Tech enables you to build different Buildings. Each building has a Tech requirement that needs to be satisfied to build it.

Through the Construction of Tech Buildings, you can raise your overall Tech. The city begins the Cycle/Week with 5 Tech.

Intel Center for resolving incidents in mobile game Eternal City

INTEL & PROCESSING INTEL INCIDENTS

Intel is required to Process Intel Incidents via the Intel Center.

The Intel Incidents occur starting from the beginning of Day 5 (the third in-game Day). Before the beginning of each in-game Day starting from Day 5, the Intel Center window will pop up. You can select which Intel Incidents to Process if you have enough Intel. You can also access the Intel Center at the top left corner of the City View throughout the in-game Day to Process Intel Incidents.

Central Department received information about a certain Kageso

Randomly discover a Kageso

Costs 20 Intel to Process

Street News – Traffic light error

The traffic signs in the city have lost function, we should deal with the problem.

On the next day, serious traffic problem may appear, increasing the required Patrol of a certain district by 6.

Rumors about the Commander is going rampant in the city

Tomorrow, all Wielder’s Friendship will drop 5

Due to unknown cause, the Thauma barrier of the area is gaining strength

on the next day, the damage and HP of all combat districts by 15%

Unstable Black Gate pulsation detected, there is a possibility of beast invasion

Monsters will destroy a random Thaumaturgy, Research or Intelligence building in the next day.

Note: Although it says that Hiro will invade Old Town, it is actually Harbor Bay that he will invade and take the Black Core from.
