The City of Confluence has 8 Districts, as well as Hakuya House and Memorial Store. Midnight Snack is a Location that pops up only at the end of each in-game Day.

These Districts and City Locations are accessed from the City View

Central Department is a District in mobile game Eternal City that is the headquarters of wielders and looks like a cone drill shaped building with halo and spotlights

CENTRAL DEPARTMENT

Founded by Hiro during the Black Gate Incident, the Central Department is the headquarters of the Wielders and Commanders

At the beginning of each Cycle/Week, the Central Department is automatically unlocked, its Black Core cleansed automatically during the first cutscene, and has the Central Department Base (a Unique Building which provides 5 Thauma, 5 Tech, and 5 Intel) already built.

While on the Hiro Routes, you will not be acting out of the Central Department but rather from the Research Institute (specifically, Hiro’s Underground Labs underneath the Research Institute). You will be acting out of the Central Department for all other Routes.

The Central Department is governed by The Seven Disciples (Anka, Antoneva, Darvela, Elusha, Flora, Olucia, and Ranulk). There is a secret room in the basement of the Central Department.

Campus is a District in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a roman style university building complex

CAMPUS

The Campus is generally the first District that you have to Liberate (Battle to destroy the Monsters and the Black Gate, collect the Core, and unlock for City Actions).

Aside from the Hiro Routes and Freedom Routes, when you first tap on Campus, in the cutscenes you will meet Wielders Kachigo and Tesla and join their quest to save their teacher Cybil.

At the beginning of Day 6 (the second in-game Day), you will be taken automatically to a cutscene at Campus where you will be involved in a battle with the Wielder Saihamm who has undergone Mortification. After the battle, Saihamm will leave you (you can use her for Battles and Actions but will not be able to raise her Friendship or progress her storyline).

East Boulevard is an asian oriental style District in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a huge japanese palace

EAST BOULEVARD

Aside from Freedom Routes, East Boulevard along with Downtown District will be the second District that you can Liberate/clear.

After clearing Campus, tapping on either East Boulevard or Downtown District will take you to a cutscene where you must choose which District you will deploy to. Your choice will impact the story progression for that Cycle/Week. You will be able to clear the District that you did not choose after you clear the District that you chose.

East Boulevard is an Asian-style District inhabited by the Natives and governed by Bun Azusa with the assistance of Zhong Hangu. They govern East Boulevard from the Go House/Courtyard which houses the Circle of Five Elements which is the foundation of East Boulevard and has been passed down from ancient times becoming also the foundation of the Natives’ spirituality. East Boulevard has a long history throughout which it has been an independently governed District rejecting involvement from the Central Department.

Downtown District is a District in mobile game Eternal City that looks like skyscrapers with huge tokyo tower

DOWNTOWN DISTRICT

Aside from Freedom Routes, East Boulevard along with Downtown District will be the second District that you can Liberate/clear.

After clearing Campus, tapping on either East Boulevard or Downtown District will take you to a cutscene where you must choose which District you will deploy to. Your choice will impact the story progression for that Cycle/Week. You will be able to clear the District that you did not choose after you clear the District that you chose.

Downtown District is the heart of the city. A prosperous District filled with skyscrapers, wide boulevards and a Fountain Plaza/Park.

An organization called Gold Brollie is causing some trouble with their experiments in the Downtown District. This will also be the place where you first encounter the Boss Monster Leviathan.

Research Institute also called Seabed Labs or Underground Labs is an island District in mobile game Eternal City

RESEARCH INSTITUTE / UNDERGROUND LABS / SEABED LABS

Aside from Freedom Routes and Hiro Routes, the Research Institute/Underground Labs/Seabed Lab is forth District that you can Liberate/clear.

The Research Institute is being run by a rogue AI named Jean-Tucker that is manipulating and experimenting on three young Wielders: Bahisa, Dagoth, and Muya.

During Hiro Routes, the Research Institute/Underground Labs/Seabed Labs will be unlocked automatically and become your headquarters.

Bayside Town is a District in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a car racing track by the bay with a large luxury yacht

BAYSIDE TOWN

Aside from Freedom Routes and Hiro Routes, Bayside Town is the fifth District that you can Liberate/clear.

Bayside Town is a prosperous harbor front District with popular restaurants, an arcade, and a race track. It is one of the most important tourist destinations of the City.

You will encounter the Boss Monster Robot Arm for the first time at Bayside Town.

Old Town is a District in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a blue domed circular tower

OLD TOWN

Aside from Freedom Routes and Hiro Routes, Old Town is the sixth District that you can Liberate/clear.

Old Town is a historical place filled with famous cultural attractions.

This District is not governed by an official force but by a variety of underground gangs. The people of Old Town follow a leader called Shiratori.

Aside from the oldest and most expansive library, Old Town also has a large mine.

Harbor Bay is a District in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a power plant and wharf with container ships

HARBOR BAY

Aside from Freedom Routes and Hiro Routes, Bayside Town is the seventh and final District that you can Liberate/clear.

Far from the rest of the City, Harbor Bay’s main facilities are a storage warehouse and a wharf.

Hakuya House is a city location for gatcha memento selection draw in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a large house mansion with a fountain

HAKUYA HOUSE

The mysterious Kasumi is the owner of Hakuya House. She is always surrounded by butterflies and cats. Kasumi seems to remember the Protagonist despite the Time Loop and claims to store all Memories.

Hakuya House is where you can do Mementos/Gatchas/Selections/Draws via Memory Fracture, Kageso Reflection, Intimacy, and other limited time/Event Mementos/Gatchas/Selections/Draws using Opals and Tie Points to acquire Wielders, Exclusive Shards, Wielder Memory Fragments, Kageso, Exclusive Kageso, Kageso Shards, Coins, and Opals.

Intimacy requires 200 Tie Points per Memento/Gatcha/Selection/Draw with the first being free for each real-time Day.

All other Mementos/Gatchas/Selections/Draws require 7 Opals per Memento/Gatcha/Selection/Draw and give you 1 Cat Bell or Event Item for completing a Set (6 Mementos/Gatchas/Selections/Draws).

Hakuya House also has an Item Shop that offers the following items (items are refreshed at the beginning of each in-game Week):

Soul Core (2 available per week) – 100 Gems

False Codex (1 available per week) – 250 Gems

Dyes (1 available per week) – 200 Gems

Refine Agent (30 available per week) – 30 Dust

Shadow Trace (1 available per week) – 300 Dust

Yukiri’s Harmonic Dance Outfits – 18000 Dust

Kun Yui’s Forest Princess Outfit – 18000 Dust

Kaliyyeh’s Horizon Bird Outfit – 18000 Dust

Dried Fish (20 available per week) – 1 Cat Bell

Fragment A (1 available per week) – 10 Cat Bells

Honey Cake (a Quest/Plot Item used to clear Research Institute) – 10000 Coins

Memorial Store is a city location in mobile game Eternal City that looks like a shopping mall with curved front

MEMORIAL STORE

The Memorial Store offers Opal, Soul Shard, Soul Core, Kageso, Fortune Bag, and Coins for purchase using Memorial Passes.

The stock of the Memorial Store is refreshed at the beginning of each Week. 

The Memorial Store starts at LV 1 and can be upgraded to LV 2 by clicking the icon at the bottom left corner. Upgrading to LV 2, which is the maximum level, will unlock another set of purchasable items. You can see both the “NORMAL” items (store LV 1) and the “HIGH” items (store LV 2) by clicking on the respective tabs on the left side.

Midnight Snack is a city location that pops up with a ramen icon at 0 hours remaining each day in mobile game Eternal City

Midnight Snack

Midnight Snack can be accessed at the end of each in-game Day (after you have used up all the in-game Day’s Hours) via a Ramen button that will pop up below Campus.

Midnight Snack allows you to recover 25 Fatigue for up to 3 Wielders.
