CITY ACTIONS
City Actions can be performed at Districts that are unlocked by default or Liberated.
City Actions consist of Patrol, Construction, and Development.


PATROL
Patrol can be performed with 1, 2, or 3 Wielders with each Wielder used losing 5 Fatigue. Patrol also consumes 20 Action Points.
Patrol Cost
Each Patrol has an associated Patrol Cost. This Cost rises with the number of Patrols performed within each in-game Day with the Patrol Cost resetting at the beginning of each in-game Day. The Patrol Cost scaling is as follows:
1st Patrol – 10 Patrol Points
2nd Patrol – 10 Patrol Points
3rd Patrol – 10 Patrol Points
4th Patrol – 14 Patrol Points
5th Patrol – 14 Patrol Points
6th Patrol – 14 Patrol Points
7th Patrol – 22 Patrol Points
8th Patrol – 30 Patrol Points
9th Patrol – 36 Patrol Points
Patrol Types
After selecting the Wielders to Patrol with and tapping the Patrol button, the Event Trigger window will open where you select from available Patrol options. Patrol Types are as follows:
Daily/Usual Patrol is the most basic Patrol option which raises the Friendship of each Wielder used by 4.
Plot Patrol is used to progress the Story Arc/Route and will not raise the Friendship of the Wielders used.
Black Core Patrol is used after a District has been Liberated/cleared and will result in the collection and cleansing of the District’s Black Core. Black Core Patrol will not raise the Friendship of the Wielders used.


CONSTRUCTION
Note: Although the buttons for the City Actions read Patrol, Development, and Develop, it should actually be Patrol, Construction, and Development.
Construction can be performed with 1, 2, or 3 Wielders with each Wielder used losing 5 Fatigue. Construction also consumes 20 Action Points.
For each Construction Action, you will gain Commander EXP and Coins. You will not gain any Wielder Friendship.
Each Building has a Construction Cost and a Tech Requirement. The number of times you perform Construction for any given in-game Day does not affect the Construction Cost.

DEVELOPMENT

Development can be performed with 1, 2, or 3 Wielders with each Wielder used losing 5 Fatigue. Development also consumes 20 Action Points.
Each District begins with 4 open slots/building spaces for Construction except for the Central Department which begins with the Central Department Base building taking up 1 slot/building space and 3 slots/building spaces open for additional Construction. This is Development level 1.
Each time you perform a Develop Action, you gain an additional open slot/building space up to a maximum of 8 slots/building spaces total (level 5). You also gain Commander EXP and Coins. You will not gain any Wielder Friendship.
Development Cost
Each Develop Action has an associated Development Cost. This Cost rises with the number of Develop Actions performed for a District. The number of times that you perform Develop Actions in any given in-game Day does not affect the Development Cost. The Development Cost scaling is as follows:
Each District begins with 4 slots/building spaces. This is level 1.
Develop 5th slot/building space (level 1 > 2) – 10 Development Points
Develop 6th slot/building space (level 2 > 3) – 14 Development Points
Develop 7th slot//building space (level 3 > 4) – 22 Development Points*
Develop 8th slot/building space (level 4 > 5)- 30 Development Points
